Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Once your order payment is complete, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If there is an issue with your shipment upon arrival, please take pictures immediately and contact us at with your Tracking and Order Number. We will work with UPS to process a full refund, which may take a month or more. Alternatively, we will reimburse you for any damaged products after you provide photo evidence of the damaged box and product.
